Water solenoid valve structure principle:
This valve pass through the diaphragm 15-100 to open the second pilot valve solenoid valves 125-300 to pass through three open pilot valve solenoid valve, its structure is dominated by the Deputy valve and main valve components.
Depending on the state in which a power outage can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and a normally open solenoid valve. Normally closed solenoid valve, normally position, vice valve port plunger seal, pressure equalization valve chamber, vice valve, the main valve port closed. When the coil is energized, the electromagnetic force on the movable core pull, vice valve is opened, the main valve cavity medium leakage from the pilot valve port, so that the main valve diaphragm generating a pressure difference between the upper and lower diaphragm was quickly hold up, the main valve port open the valve was passage state. When the coil power, the magnetic field disappears, the core reset, vice valve port closed and then the secondary valve diaphragm chamber pressure rises, the main valve diaphragm pressure to the valve seat and the valve was closed.
Normally open solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, generate magnetic force, armature magnetic force down, push down the valve cup deputy, vice valve is closed. With the main valve differential pressure tends to equal up and down, turn off the main valve diaphragm by the spring and the weight of the self-sealing valve. When the coil power, the magnetic force is zero, the armature and the secondary valve ring due to the action of the spring rises, the Deputy valve is opened, the main valve diaphragm chamber via auxiliary valve medium flow away, pressure drop, when the pressure dropped to a certain value, lifted up and down by the main valve differential pressure up, the main valve is opened, the valve opens.
